This is going to be a big ONE: There will be a chance for more global exposure and a wider audience for the winners of this year’s show through our friends and new partners of The One Club for Creativity, the most prestigious non-profit organization recognizing the best creative work produced globally, headquartered in NYC.

Top Honors will have a chance to enter the prestigious One Show competition to share their talent not only with Denver, but also with the world!

HOW TO ENTER Select the category that is best suited to your piece from the Category list below. More detailed descriptions will be provided in the entry process. If you need help deciding which category is best, please email us at:

ELIGIBILITY: To be representative of work produced in this region, at least one aspect of the creative execution must have been accomplished in Colorado. The piece must be entered in the category that represents that aspect. For example, if only the Photography was done for an Annual Report by a Colorado creative then it must be entered in the Photography category, not in the Annual Reports category.

All work must be produced between JULY 2016 to June 2017 to be eligible for judging.

Entry Preparation: All creative must be entered using The One Club online system. If you are not already registered with The One Club, you will need to create a new account (see ‘create account’ under LOGIN console) before proceeded to enter your excellent work. Payment by credit card must be made online with submissions. Please retain a copy of your Confirmation of Submission as proof of entry.

Entry Artwork Guidelines: Whether you are submitting a video, website, print, or other, at least one JPG image upload is mandatory for all entries. You can upload files up to 250MB. There is no minimum. Please upload high resolution files at least 8×10″ at 300dpi for possible inclusion in the award show presentation, printed book, and/or website. IF submitting a multi-page document (such as an Annual Report) you may include a PDF along with composed JPG image(s). Logos and other 2D or 3D silhouetted graphics should be on a white background and online/interactive entries should include screenshots or device comps on a white background. Creative can be presented as stand alone or in context. If submitting a video, please upload a high resolution screen shot (JPG specs above) as well as a 30 second condensed spot or overview for use in the show presentation. IF submitting interactive app or digital experience creative please upload a high resolution screen shot (JPG specs above, for use in book), include a live URL for viewing, and/or a short 30 second highlight video that helps define the interactive features and functions.

DIRECT MARKETING (ADVERTISING): Direct Marketing recognizes targeted communications, delivered via physical or digital mediums, that elicit a direct response.

DESIGN: Design recognizes the art and practice of planning and projecting ideas and experiences with visual and textual content.
• Immersive / Environmental
• 3-D: Packaging / Product
• Broadcast / Motion / Animation
• Logo / Brand Identity

INTERACTIVE: Interactive recognizes advertising communicated through digital channels including websites, gaming, and other digital media.

• Apps / Digital Experiences

CRAFT: Exemplary use of specified creative disciplines – illustration, typography, photography, writing, print production/paper craft – as it pertains to bring an idea to life. Can be a stand-alone work or incorporated into a larger design. If craft is applied to multiple elements or campaign, please include 3-5 pieces. Work submitted in these categories will be judged on the merits of the craft only. Submit published pieces only.

BRANDED ENTERTAINMENT AND FILM: Branded Entertainment recognizes the merging of advertising and entertainment content. It includes work that is built around a brand and goes beyond traditional product placement or sponsorship. Including; Commercials, Film, Music Videos, Online, Mobile and self-promotion.

CAMPAIGN: Cross-Platform recognizes creative concept and message integration in multi-channel and experiential campaigns.

NON-PROFIT AND PUBLIC SERVICE: The Non-Profit/Public Service award recognizes work done for (or by) schools, colleges, universities, religious groups or institutions, museums, galleries, hospitals, and other not-for-profit organizations. Intended for the purpose of enhancing stature or image, including corporate citizenship or sponsorship; for soliciting funds; or to encourage behavioral change whether it be physical, emotional, or environmental. Not a product or service promotion.

SELF PROMOTION: Includes all work for individuals and agencies beyond basic brand identity.

STAR STUDENT: Outstanding student work in Graphic Design or Communication arts as it pertains to Print , Online/Interactive, Photography, and Illustration. Group or personal projects accepted. Published and Unpublished work accepted. All work will be judged on the quality of concept, execution, and presentation.
