Over night slow roasted mustard glazed short ribs cooked in rich beef stock with red wine, onions, garlic, and fresh herbs. Finished until the meat falls off the bone and served with a red wine demi glace. Served with roasted red pepper mashed potatoes, balsamic grilled asparagus and baby carrots.
