RTD’s Marketing Department seeks a talented Designer to join our creative services team. You will concept, design, develop, and execute multimedia marketing and image campaigns to extend and effectively communicate the RTD brand.

Our ideal candidate will be comfortable designing across all media (print, web environmental) to promote our programs and corporate image. You’ll need some web skills as well to design and lay out web pages, promotional emails, and web banners. And the prepress skills to prepare final art like a seasoned pro.


* Bachelors Degree in Graphic Arts, Multimedia Arts, and/or Web Design

* Minimum 5 years increasingly responsible experience as a graphic designer in an advertising or corporate marketing environment

* Minimum 5 years experience with industry-standard graphics applications including the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)

* Experience with standards compliant web design tools, which may include HTML, XHTML, DreamWeaver, CSS, Flash, ImageReady, Fireworks, and other XML-based applications

* Experience with Javascript and other specialized scripting languages for web development
