Sponsor an Art Directors Event
There are two levels of events you can sponsor. Our principal events, usually held on the 4th Thursday evening of each month September through May, are larger, more formal gatherings. These events include keynote speakers and fund raisers with anticipated attendance of 100 to 300 people from the profession, depending on the specific event. These events are an ideal venue to showcase your wares with a vendor table to gain maximum exposure to the creative community.
Support events are held on either the 4th Thursday/Friday evening of the month and are more social in nature. These informal, relaxed, and casual gatherings have an anticipated attendance of 25 – 100 people from the profession. These events are an excellent opportunity to discretely disseminate your brand in a more intimate atmosphere.
You can also donate your venue for an event, food and/or drink, printing services, or anything else you would like to contribute. In exchange for your generous donation your company will receive your logo on all event collateral and promotions.
Annual Event Sponsor: $5000
In exchange for your generous donation your company will receive the following benefits:
• Your logo on all event collateral and promotions for the entire season recognizing your company as an Annual Event Sponsor.
• A vendor table at all events, including the Annual Show.
• 2 free tickets to every event, including the Annual Show.
• Your company name mentioned at every event.
• Full-page ad in the Annual Show Directory.
• Web site benefits including a link to your site.
Platinum Event Sponsor: $2500
In exchange for your generous donation your company will receive the following benefits:
• Your logo on all event collateral and promotions for four events of your choice, recognizing your company as a Platinum Level Event Sponsor.
• A vendor table at three events of your choice, including the Annual Show.
• 2 free tickets to four events of your choice, including the Annual Show.
• Your company name mentioned at three events of your choice, including the Annual Show
• Full-page ad in the Annual Show Directory.
• Web site benefits including a link to your site.

Gold Event Sponsor: $1250
In exchange for your generous donation your company will receive the following benefits:
• Your logo on all event collateral and promotions for two events of your choice, recognizing your company as a Gold Level Event Sponsor.
• A vendor table at two events of your choice, including the Annual Show.
• 2 free tickets to two events of your choice, including the Annual Show.
• Your company name mentioned at two events of your choice, including the Annual Show
• Your logo on a banner prominently displayed at each of the two events of your choice.
• Full-page ad in the Annual Show Directory.
• Web site benefits including a link to your site.
